It has been a rough year

On July 17 2023 Daryl was diagnosed with a rare abdominal cancer. Over several months and a series of tests and a 3 month round of chemo led to a surgery in Pittsburg PA. to remove the cancer and hopefully a hipec chemo bath for her inner abdomen. Rather than go through the details of her battle it ended on June 17th 2024 exactly 11 months after her diagnosis.
